Witness Eagle Hunters of Altai Mountains. Mongolia’s most remote areas and unique blend of horsemanship and wilderness. Our 3 days adventure here covers it all, from cultural encounters with the locals, to horse back adventure. You’ll fly over western Mongolia, drive on the highest mountain road (3000 meters) and ride with famous Kazakh Eagle Hunters in mountain trails.

ITINERARY

Day 1. Bayan-Ulgii province/ Khatuu River camp site

Fly to Bayan-Ulgii province (3 hours), check into your private camp, spend this afternoon relaxing, optional drive to nearby petroglyph site to discover ancient arts on rocks, stop on the way to visit to local Kazakh families, dinner in your private ger camp, overnight in gers. (Private ger camp; B, L, D)

Day 2. Riding with Eagle Hunters

Spend all morning riding with Eagle Hunters and witness how they train their Golden Eagles, afternoon ride back to camp for dinner and overnight in private ger camp. (Please note horse riding is optional could be substituted by daily hiking, overland or fishing, exact horse riding and time is flexible due to riders skill and weather)

Day 3. Ulaanbaatar

After breakfast, fly to Ulaanbaatar, upon arrive transfer to your Terelj Hotel or luxury apartment in downtown of Ulaanbaatar. (Terelj Hotel or Luxury Apartment in Ulaanbaatar; B, L, D)

(10% VAT + 2% City tax ) + 9% Service charge per person

Prices include:

Per person price includes your private tour guide,  support car, horse rental fee, entrance fees where applicable but not a photo fees, meals, snacks, ground transfers, road toll, 2 nights in private ger camp, 1 night luxury apartment in Ulaanbaatar or Terelj Hotel.
