Rates are quoted in USD and are excluding the required taxes and service charges that will be added (10% VAT and 5% service charge). All bills are settled in Mongolian Tugrik. Rates are subject to the daily exchange rate of Terelj Hotel.

Methods of payment
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 - 15 days: You will be charged 30% of your reservation.
Cancellation within 14 - 7 days: You will be chaged 70% of your reservation.
Cancellation within 6 - 0 days: You will be charged 100% of your reservation.

Directions
Daily flights into Chinggis Khaan International Airport via Seoul, Moscow, Berlin, and China are available. Guests are greeted at the airport and chauffeured to Terelj Hotel by staff. This service is booked at an additional charge upon reservation confirmation.

Exclusive transportation to the hotel
Terelj Hotel provides chauffeured transportation to and from the city of Ulaanbaatar. Additional guided excursions throughout the region or into town for sightseeing and shopping are also available.
