A special feature of these suites are the large jetted tubs, making the bathrooms the perfect refuge for unwinding after a day of hiking on the beautiful nature trails or exploring the park on horseback.
The Terelj Suite
Located in our exclusive Presidential Wing, the exquisitely appointed “Honeymoon Suite” ensures fond memories for any guest fortunate to stay within its double doors. Gracefully light in creams, taupes and blues, these luxurious rooms are the epitome of romance and tranquility. A huge, circular ottoman invites relaxation in front of the fireplace, and a jetted tub surrounded by beautiful marble mosaics waits invitingly at one end of the bedroom, complete with its own LCD TV. The stunning cream marble bathroom features a unique, two-person shower. Private dining in the intimate dining room and relaxation in the cozy, enclosed veranda allow the guest to escape the hustle and bustle of the hotel. Padded silk wall paneling, velvet upholstered sofas, beautiful French antiques, and a magnificent silk canopied bed all contrive to make the guest feel like the proverbial “million dollars”.
The Presidential Suite
The pride of the Terelj Hotel, our magnificently decorated Presidential Suite, rivals any in its class for spaciousness, elegance, and sheer luxury. Occupying an entire wing of the hotel, with stunning views of the Terelj River and surrounding mountains, this suite of superbly appointed rooms is designed to satisfy the needs of any couple or Head of State. A private kitchen serves haute cuisine for ten in the grand dining room, where a stunning, crystal chandelier presides over a three meter table of matched maple veneers set with tableware by Bernadaud, St. Louis, Gainsborough and Faberge. Breakfast for two can be enjoyed on the enclosed veranda or in the private courtyard, watching the sunrise over the romantic, Mongolian landscape. In the spacious bedroom, a silk-canopied bed looks onto a fireplace and large LCD TV, and enclosed balconies provide intimate “boudoir” dining or a cozy nap in oversized armchairs. A double-jetted tub with elegant gold fittings, spacious multi-fixture shower, and luxury amenities of the finest quality transform the large marble mosaic decorated bathroom into the guest of honor’s personal spa. Diplomatic or private functions can be comfortably accommodated in the graciously proportioned living room, and areas within the surrounding enclosed veranda have been furnished with a games table for cards as well as an antique bureau plat for the guest’s business needs. Privacy and security are a prime consideration, and adjoining accommodation for two, with bathroom, has been provided for accompanying security staff, aides or valet.
